Ephram at 23 Months

Ephram at 23 Months
Pretend Play, Imitation, Affection and a bit of Fun

Ephram now loves to play with his stuffed animals.  Especially these three, one of which is technically Charlie's.  Here he was showing them how to rip paper out of a notebook and then try, very hard, to fold it into a paper fan.

He loves to imitate his dad using the computer.  But for about 3 weeks this is what he would do every night after dinner.  He would run and grab his chair and computer from different rooms, bring them all to the window by the front door, grab his sippy cup and have a seat.  With his feet propped up on the molding below the window he would sit until he saw Daddy's headlights pulling into the driveway.

This is his best smile.  He always squeezes his eyes shut when I ask him to smile.  I think it is really cute.

His newest thing to imitate is cleaning.  He loves to sweep, which his daddy actually taught him.

And he really enjoys wiping down tables, counters, furniture, floors, walls, windows... anything he can think of.

He remains an incredibly affectionate boy.  He saves his best affection for his Daddy, Mommy and "Lee Lee".  He gives hugs, eskimo kisses, squishes his cheek to yours, then gives huge kisses on your cheek.

Bandaids are the miracle cure.  This was taken on Thanksgiving.  He did not actually need the bandaid on his face.  But he cried when he took a little spill, and the bandaid instantly improved his outlook.

And, although he can play independently, he loves to play with others.  I think he most enjoys playing with Daddy, who can toss and swing him better than anyone else!

I love the smile that is almost always on his little face... love his developing personality and am amazed by the new things he does every day.
